About True Pack Ltd.

Since its start in 1978, True Pack Ltd. has been an innovator for the insulated shipping container market. After being contracted by the Dupont Company for a more economical way to transport the “headers” for DuPont’s ACA Blood Analyzer Machine, William W. Bane III, developed an insulated shipping container that would meet their requirements. The new container enabled DuPont to store, set up and ship products while maintaining the critical temperatures needed for 120 hours of safe shipment. Three different sizes of containers were used.

True Pack has now been able to provide insulated containers for the pharmaceutical, medical and food industries for the past 40 years. It holds several different patents on design, manufacturing and style of containers. Our insulated systems are produced to package, ship and store pharmaceuticals, blood, tissue, platelets, vital organs, medical equipment, food products, candy and many other perishables. True Pack’s patented containers offer superior protection for temperature-sensitive materials that need to maintain chilled, frozen, or ambient conditions.

We pride ourselves on being a customer service oriented company. We are looking forward to hearing from you to discuss your future insulated packaging requirements. Custom samples can be provided from our in-house sample department.
