Our patented containers require no mold or setup cost, and each TRUE PACK Ribbed Panel Shipper sample will be made to suit your specific temperature requirements for your own testing and evaluation. Through our own research, we have found the new TRUE PACK Ribbed Panel Insulated Shipper will decrease the amount of dry ice, gel packs, etc., needed—in some cases, saving as much as 40% of the total package volume and weight! • Vented air chamber around the outside of the inner container provides additional layer of insulation, allowing product to stay frozen, chilled or ambient for a much longer period of time.
• Foil skin on panels for maximum thermal reflection.
• Each mitered panel, plus top & bottom panels, individually shrink- wrapped with FDA-approved, high-density shrink material.
• Bonded structural/thermal ribs on each panel.
• Patented mitered corners plus bonded ribs allow for greater puncture resistance and shock absorption.
• Outer high-density polyliners aid in containment of any spill or leakage inside the container and prevent unwanted moisture or liquids from entering the container.
• Outside corrugated container can be single-wall or double-wall construction depending on the product load.

• Containers can come knocked down flat—setup time is only 30 seconds.
