Container Market. After being contracted by the DuPont Company for a more economical way
to transport the "headers" for DuPont’s ACA Blood Analyzer Machine, William
W. Bane developed an Insulated Shipping Container that would enable DuPont to ship, store,
set up and maintain the critical temperatures needed for 120 hours of safe shipment. Three
different size containers were used.

Our Patented Insulated Shipping Containers are produced to ship temperature-sensitive materials that need to maintain chilled, frozen or ambient temperatures.

sides.

3. Custom Made Containers: we will qualify your needs and custom design a container system
that will work for you. Our insulation comes in thicknesses of 1/2", 1",
1-1/2", 2" and 3" or our new rib design.
4. Freight and Storage Space Savings: Our containers are collapsible, requiring
40–60% less storage space and allowing smaller master packages for shipments to you,
thus reducing freight cost. Containers can also be shipped setup if you prefer.
5. Reduction of Shipping Cost to Your Customers: Our insulated system will weigh less,
therefore shipping cost to your customer will be reduced.
